What is Corporate Huddle? 

Corporate Huddle is Capstone's annual gathering focused on connection, culture, business updates, employee recognition, celebration, and alignment for the coming year. 

Why is Huddle important?

Huddle is meant to be an experience you participate in, not simply attend. The connections we build, the ideas we share, and the recognition we celebrate are what make the event impactful and help strengthen our teams long after it ends. We ask that everyone come prepared to be fully engaged and treat this time as an opportunity to connect, collaborate, and contribute without the distraction of day-to-day work.

What is the schedule for the day?

The Huddle meeting will begin at 8 AM and a light, snack-style breakfast will be available. We'll take a lunch break around noon, and you'll have a choice of meal options. Afterward - we celebrate together with a holiday party.

Parking: Limited street parking and on-site parking are available. Guests traveling from the hotel are encouraged to use Uber or Lyft for transportation to and from the venue.

What to wear: Business casual is encouraged.
