For Team Building, casual dress is allowed, ugly holiday sweaters are encouraged.

For Huddle, business casual is preferred.

For Holiday Party, holiday dressy is required. Think festive, polished, and celebratory while choosing an outfit that allows you to feel comfortable and enjoy the event.

No. You may bring your laptop for note-taking, however, we encourage everyone to arrive ready to contribute, engage with colleagues, and dedicate their full attention to the event rather than regular work responsibilities.

Yes! Capstone will cover expenses for employees and their spouses for airfare to travel in/out of Birmingham, hotel stay, as well as meals and event fees during Capstone sponsored events.  Capstone will also cover one meal per employee on travel in and out days.  Expenses outside of this will not be covered by Capstone.

Traveling spouses are invited to join us Wednesday evening for the Team Building activity at Fairway Social. All spouses are invited to the holiday party! We ask that the Huddle meeting just be Capstone employees.
