Please book the lowest available airfare rate that aligns with the schedule requirements. Please also plan to arrive to The Kelly Hotel by 4pm Central Time!

For airport/ground transportation, please utilize Uber or Lyft. To help manage travel expenses, employees who are arriving or departing at the same time, or traveling on the same flight, are encouraged to share a ride when feasible.

Capstone will cover expenses for employees and their spouses for airfare to travel in/out of Birmingham, hotel stay, as well as meals and event fees during Capstone sponsored events.  Capstone will also cover one meal per employee on travel in and out days.  Expenses outside of this will not be covered by Capstone.
